Route recorder + rider map
Record the ride. Find the riders.
Ridekin records your routes with GPS that keeps running screen-off and pocketed, then lets you ride them again with turn-by-turn guidance. A live map puts nearby riders and hosts under your thumb, and one SOS reaches the riders around you.

Built around the ride, not a feed
Five things Ridekin does, done honestly. No marketplace, no feed, nothing to scroll.
Record and ride your routes
GPS recording that survives a locked screen and a jacket pocket. Save a route once, then ride it again with turn-by-turn guidance whenever you want that road back.
Riders hosting riders
Offer a driveway, a spare bed, or a set of tools to a touring rider passing through your town - or send a visit request to a host in the town you are heading for.
A live map of riders
See who is riding, hosting, or nearby right now. Go online when you want to be found, invisible when you do not. Positions stay approximate, never exact.
SOS to nearby riders
One tap sends your live location to the riders around you. Ridekin is not an emergency service - in a real emergency, call your local emergency number first.
Spot check-ins, GPS-attested
Check in at a rider spot and the server checks your device's GPS fix against it. A check-in from the couch gets rejected - what counts is the road you actually rode.
How it works
Three steps from install to a rider at your side.
Record or ride a route
Start recording before you set off, or pick a saved route and follow turn-by-turn guidance. Recording keeps going even with the phone locked.
Go online, host or get hosted
Show up on the map when you want to be seen. Offer a place to stay, or send a visit request to a host further up the road.
Ride, check in, stay reachable
Check in at a spot and it is verified by GPS. If something goes wrong, one SOS tap reaches every rider nearby.
See it in the app
Plan rides, RSVP, and keep the conversation going - all in one place.
Private by design
Your exact location is never shown to other riders. Ever.
A map of riders only works if people trust it. So privacy is not a setting you hunt for - it is the default.
Approximate location only
Other riders see you in an area, never on a precise pin. The only exception is a live-location share you start yourself - for example, to guide an SOS responder to you - and it is consent-scoped and time-limited. You turn it off, it is off.
Opt-in, status-driven presence
You are on the map only when you set a status that puts you there. No continuous GPS tracking, no background trail, no silent broadcasting. Go invisible any time.
Trust through reputation
Identity is anchored to a real bike-owner profile, and every interaction earns a review. You decide who to meet based on a track record, not a username.
The safety net is free, forever
SOS, basic presence, and basic chat are never paywalled. Trust requires the safety net to be free - so it always will be. We earn money from transactions and trust, not from your location.
Built for riders who go the distance
Ridekin starts in Ukraine and Eastern Europe and grows community by community - we seed each region with real hosts before we invite riders, so the map is never empty when you need it.
Enduro and off-road
The crew that rides far from a phone signal, breaks down on backroads, and already helps each other - now with a map for it.
Street and touring
Long days, unfamiliar cities, and the need for a rest stop or a trusted mechanic when you are nowhere near home.
Local riders and touring groups
Riders who want a host up the road, a route worth riding again, and someone nearby who has their back.
Frequently asked questions
Is Ridekin free?
Yes. Route recording, the rider map, hosting, and SOS are free. Paid extras may come later around routes and hosting - never around the safety net.
Do I have to host or be hosted to use it?
No. The map, route recording, and SOS work on their own. Hosting is opt-in on both sides - you publish an offer or send a request only when you want to.
Does it track my location?
No. There is no continuous GPS tracking and no background trail. You appear on the map only when you choose a status that puts you there, and other riders only ever see an approximate area - never your exact spot. The one exception is a live-location share you start yourself for a specific person (like an SOS responder); it is time-limited and you can stop it at any moment.
How does SOS work?
SOS is a peer-to-peer broadcast to riders near you that you need a hand - it is explicitly not an emergency or roadside-assistance service, and it does not replace calling the emergency services. It works on your last known location, so it can still go out even when you have lost signal. If a rider responds, you can choose to share your live location with just them so they can find you.
Who is on the map?
Other motorcyclists who have opted in and set a status. Profiles are anchored to a real bike-owner identity (the same account as the Garagely garage app), and every interaction builds a reputation through reviews - so the map is a community of accountable riders, not anonymous strangers.
Which regions can I use it in?
The apps will be available worldwide in the app stores, but we grow the community deliberately - region by region, starting in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. We seed each area with hosts and active riders before opening it up, so you are not the only marker on an empty map. Join the waitlist and tell us where you ride.
How is this different from a route app or a Telegram chat?
A route app shows you where you went. A group chat has no location or hosting layer. Ridekin records the route, lets you ride it again, and puts a live map with hosts and SOS on top - one app instead of three.
